ch-ch-ch-ch-changes.

As David Bowie would say, it's time for some ch-ch-ch-ch-changes around here! Haven't had the time to do many DIY projects lately between work and life, but I have been changing - changing my eating habits! Alex (the boyfriend) and I have been "clean eating" (I know, I know - so trendy!). It's going really well and as I've posted pictures of my creations on Instagram many have requested my recipes.

This week's prep:

So in response to the demand, I'll start supplying my recipes on here. After all, you can't have a chic house without a chic kitchen, right?

First up are my "AmazeBALLS" Turkey Meatballs:
1 lb. ground turkey
Spoonful minced garlic
¼ cup minced onion

1/2 cup mushrooms minced
2 egg whites

1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan
Salt, pepper & Mrs. Dash
½ cup rolled oats

Sauté garlic, onion & mushrooms in olive oil and add to the rest in a big bowl. Mix well and then form little balls with your hands and place on a greased (Pam) baking sheet or cupcake tin.


Bake at 375 for 25 min.
